How to select a bottle of wine that matches your taste or pairs with the food you plan to have for dinner?

They are the first contact that we get with the wines. If the bottle looks nice and the label attractive the match has greater chances of happening. But be aware, there is no guarantee that the wine inside of the bottle will deliver the same promise as the packaging…
Price
This is a crucial factor in the process of decision-making. But unfortunately, the price will not guide you in finding the best quality for the price but only narrow down your options based on your budget.
Labels
Most of the time they are quite hard to understand when you are not familiar with wines and country of origin. The best advice we can give you is to find a local wine shop and wine expert to advise you.

Our view on the subject
Apart from finding experts permanently available to welcome and guide you at Secret Wines’shop, we worked out a system to rate all our wines, stating if they are full body or light, acidic or soft, tannic or smooth…. All this information is displayed on the shelves.
We also hold more detailed documents where tasting notes are available for each wine and pairing suggestions too.
Visiting and selecting from the wines imported into Vietnam on an exclusive basis will not be any more a challenge but a door opened to better knowledge.
